FEES

Workplace Mediation

The employer typically covers the full fee for workplace mediation.

Full-Day Mediation: £1,500
- Includes: Background briefing, individual meetings with all parties, and a full day of joint mediation.
Half-Day Workplace Mediation: £750
- Includes: Targeted support for smaller-scale disputes or Early Dispute Mediation.
Post-Mediation Follow-up: £180 per hour
- Focused 1:1 sessions to review agreement progress and maintain momentum.
Additional Hourly Rate: £180
- Applies to any extended joint sessions or significant post-mediation work.
For disputes involving more than two people, a bespoke quote will be provided based on complexity.

Academic Sector Pricing

Full-Day Mediation: £1,500

Half-Day Facilitated Conversation: £750
- Suitable for early-stage disputes or progress-related impasse
Postgraduate Training: Bespoke
- Conflict management workshops for doctoral researchers and PIs.
No-Cost Triage:
- A short, 30-minute confidential consultation is provided at no cost for students or staff to explore if mediation is the right path before departmental funds are committed.
Institutional Billing: I can work directly with HR teams or Doctoral School Managers to handle procurement and invoicing.

Facilitation and Training

Due to the tailored nature of training and facilitation, these services are quoted on a case-by-case basis to reflect your specific organisational needs.

Bespoke Workshops: Pricing is based on duration, group size, and curriculum design.
Strategic Team Development: Options range from half-day reflective sessions to multi-day strategic frameworks.
